Greetings, Kind Sir.
Aside from my personal experiences and observations that I described, some data I pointed to was a book called The FastDiet by Dr. Michael Mosley and an article called “Top 22 Intermittent Fasting Benefits” by Dr. Joseph Mercola. Intermittent Fasting is not a new thing, and I have nothing to gain by telling people they don't need to spend money on supplements and just eat when they're hungry.
