The article is about how marketing and misinformation has changed the way we eat, and how putting your body in a fasted state intermittently has many great benefits. There is no “most important meal of the day.” Just eat healthy, and eat when you’re hungry.

BMI is not an indicator of health — it only factors height and weight. I wrote an article about that too.
