I won't waste my time explaining everything wrong with what you just said, I’ll simply say — You do what works for you, I’ll do what works for me, and other people should do what works for them. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to health and fitness. I tell everyone: listen to your body, and do what works for you. I’m glad you know what works for you, keep doing it! But to say that myself and countless others who have improved our health and fitness by not eating first thing in the morning are wrong and unhealthy is just not true.
