The article is about how food company marketing has changed the way we eat, and how listening to your body and following a more natural eating pattern can help you become more fit, lean, and healthy. If someone wants to be big and puffy, sure, they might take a different approach.

Don't read an article about apples and respond with 8 paragraphs about oranges. Go troll someone else.
