One of the articles I linked to in my post is one that talks about combining keto with IF (re: Dr. Joseph Mercola). There are multiple ways people can do Intermittent Fasting — time-restricted eating/feeding is only one of them. I think many people find skipping breakfast to be the easiest (also great for fasted cardio / morning workouts), but it all comes down to personal preference.

Half of my article is just to point out that people should only eat breakfast if they want to — they don't need to like the food industry has gotten people to believe for the sake of profits.
