Your claim that people who eat in the morning are healthier is wrong — that’s what my whole article is about.

You’re right about one thing; no brand invented eating in the morning. And I didn’t claim anyone did.

If you enjoy eating in the morning, keep doing it, but don’t feel like you have to (like corporate marketing has led people to believe).

Breakfast (what it really means): The first thing you eat after any period of fasting (break/fast).
