The one meal per day approach isn’t for me. I do it sometimes, but not on purpose, just when I’m too busy/not hungry, then I’ll have a huge meal at night. (So, a happy accident sometimes.)

Some of my fitness competitor friends will do this the days/weeks leading up to a show. I’ve heard of other non-fitness people (like this Doctor) doing this as part of their daily lives.

There are many ways someone can fast intermittently. The 16:8 method (keeping all your calories within an 8-hour window) seems to be the most popular.
